E8ght Percent Ice Sculpting INC shall exist for the purpose of preserving and promoting the art of ice sculpting through education, competitions, training programs and exhibitions.

This Corporation is a  Non-Profit 501 (c)(3) corporation under the laws of the State of Texas.
